Ghost King
Here's a rough drawing for a promotional piece for the Danny Phantom special "Reign Storm". I'm not sure if it ever got used for anything.
Please, please...link away! No need to be formal. We're all friends! Heathmc, to answer your other question, I do all my inking for my comic by hand. I'm not a big fan of illustrator clean up although I have been surprised from time to time. I recently bought a Cintiq 21UX and I've been experimenting with the ability to do a clean line that way, but I still like the satisfaction that only physical materials can bring. Plus then I've got some original comic pages that my mom can hang on her wall.
Mom's and Art of Ben Balistreri Books love to see original comic pages. Yeah, you're right there's just something about having those orginals. Keep on hooten!
Sweet piece man! And those 21 inch Cintiq's ROCK! I got one too, soooo nice!... Clean lines, go to 200% zoom, anything lower and you run the risk of "jiggly" lines, but at 200% everything is clean as a whistle...
and yes, physical materials are still better I think! When I am stuck on a drawing, I always switch to pen and paper...
