Diff
Here's yet another character from the failed "Crash Nebula" series. Diff was a gelatinous shape changing alien who befriended Crash at the celestial Academy. I did a ton of concepts until we reached a design that Butch was happy with.
It is to bad that show never took off, there were some great designs done for it. Luckily I did catch the pilot episode on Nick one day just by chance.
man, i am constantly amazed at your line work. everything you touch has such appeal. too bad this show fell through. i would've loved to see these guys in action. cheers
Hi, Ben! Just wanted to let you know that I have seatured this character in Daily Illustrations section of www.DesignCOntest.net By the way, it would be great if you could take part in our Superhero Community Contest. Thanks!
Welcome back from scotland. So you survived the castle?! I know we were a few worried bloggers;) Awesome characters as always and as mentioned numorous times before....delicious linework!. It's always a treat to see your construction sheets, which is a big help in understanding how to communicate ones ideas and designs.
those are incredible! the model sheet is pretty great even! i think my favorite is the blob in the group of concepts with arms and goggles. he's great!
WoW! Every timwe I come to this blog there is something new and amazing tio check out! So inspiring for us aspiring character designers. I love your designs. you work in a completely identifiable way, but also integrate it seamlessly into the design of the show. Please keep posting!
