Wolverine
This is how I felt after seeing this steaming pile of a film. I know the reviews were bad and I didn't expect much, but WOW! Seriously, they've got Wolverine getting airsick on a plane as it descends while a bunch of cream puff mutants laugh at him and ask if he "needs a bucket?" This ragtag group of mutants have highly imaginative powers that range from being good at shooting guns, being good at wielding a sword, to having the power to turn on a light bulb with your mind! Now I'm going to sit down with a pile of old Byrne/Claremont X-Men comics to remind me how great this character can be.
Cool, Ben!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that this movie must be amazing! Hey, it's a movie called Wolverine, what do peolpe want? Wolverine reciting Shakespeare?? NO! We want wolverine kikin' some asses and cutting around with his blades!
Nice Wolverine piece! I have heard nothing but negative things about the film but I still want to see it for myself. My expectations are now nice and low so maybe I'll come out not being too upset.
ReplyDeleteWow!! awesome wolverine... I like it.. Congratulation for yout work. I have another wolverine, with another style in my blog.
ReplyDeletehaha nice wolverine, i have heard some bad things as well but still want to see the movie....
ReplyDeleteRegardless of the poor movie, your wolverine turned out great!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't understand this dilemma. If everyone says the film sucks, why do people still want to see it "for themselves?" Me...I'd rather spend my money on beer and cheetos.
ReplyDeletevery cool
ReplyDeleteNice drawing! I actually enjoyed the movie. But I am a girl and there was plenty of eye candy.
ReplyDeleteWell, I believe I warned you. However, I'm glad you saw it so that we get to see this AWESOME Wolverine drawing!
ReplyDeleteLet it ALL out, Ben!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Well your Wolvie is great!!!
ReplyDeleteYour drawing is a such a breath of fresh air compared to the bloodless/nuetered wolverine movie. I never knew that his blades could cut and seal a wound at the same time.
